Running from Boston to Los Angeles as a means of reconciling their past anguish, the Harmon family invested in the Murder house as it was one of the cheapest on the market. Now, struggling to pay the bills, they have decided to rent out their home to a group of students from Ohio, all of whom have travelled to Los Angeles on a fieldtrip with their school.

With the house already over-populated, how will the past occupants feel about sharing their beloved house with a whole new bunch of people? What will become of the new kids in town when their sanity is put into question? Who will make it out unscathed and who will lose themselves along the way? Only one thing is for sure, once they step foot into that house, they are going to regret it.

• Audrey Holden lived in the house with her boyfriend, a movie mogul, in late 2008. She had just made her entrance into the Hollywood scene and landed a leading role in ‘Swan Lake’, when the grip of the house became too much for her boyfriend. He brutally killed her, and then himself; another murder-suicide for the house. Audrey has recently re-emerged as a ghost. She is one of the less malicious spirits, and clashes with Hayden, though the two have more in common than they think. Audrey is close with Tate Langdon, Moira O’Hare and the other few ‘friendly’ ghosts, though most of the other ghosts seem to adhere to what Audrey has to say. Audrey is comfortable in her sexuality- she’s bi-sexual- and quite enjoys using seduction as a game.
